Account Coordinators
NYC and LA (both hybrid)

Moxie is currently hiring Account Coordinators in NYC / LA to support several account teams in their day-to-day operations, including analyzing media coverage, researching, building media lists, and maintaining internal documents for greater client coverage. Successful candidates will have about 1 year of experience (internships included) in public relations or a related field, familiarity with administrative work, strong project management and organizational skills, and a real excitement to learn about media relations from experienced, successful professionals. The ideal candidate will strive for excellence with determination, while demonstrating curiosity, kindness, and integrity. Account Managers
NYC (hybrid)

Moxie is hiring Account Managers to lead teams in the creation and execution of PR strategies, while serving as the main point of contact for clients. Successful candidates will have 5+ years of strong, demonstrable media relations experience with B2B or tech clients in an agency environment, with 2+ years in a team management capacity. This position can be fully remote from anywhere in the United States. Moxie has physical offices in New York City (Flatiron District, Manhattan) and Los Angeles (Culver City), where team members in those areas can choose to work in a hybrid environment.

Finance Manager
NYC (hybrid)

Moxie is currently hiring a Finance Manager, working closely with its leadership team, to solely manage financial reporting, growth forecasting, billings and receivables, budget preparation and tracking, and expense tracking and billbacks. Successful candidates will have 5-7 years of experience, preferably in small agency environments, working as a one-person department. The position is based in New York City, where team members can choose to work in a hybrid arrangement.
